Symphony in the Garden: Sunday, September 16, 2:30pm

The City of Oakland’s Office of Parks and Recreation and Mayor Jean Quan will kick-off the City’s Outdoor Concert Series: Sundays in the Redwoods with a special performance in The Gardens at Lake Merritt, Sunday, September 16, 2:30pm.  Will Call and the Gates will open at 2:00. (Note: this is a time change from the previously announced 3:00 concert time).  The concert will feature the Oakland East Bay Symphony Chamber Orchestra and the Oakland Jazz Choir.

Bring the family and a picnic for a delightful afternoon of music in the Gardens. Tickets $10 per person. To order tickets online: https://www.trilogyticketing.com/oakland/. Seating near the stage is limited. You may bring chairs or a blanket.
