If you are interested in Earth Day volunteer activities on April 16 at Lakeside Park and the Gardens at Lake Merritt, meet at the Lake Merritt Boathouse, 568 Bellevue Avenue a 9am.

Saturday, April 16, 9am – noon – Rhodendron Garden, Sensory Garden, Palmetum

Saturday, April 23, noon - Master Gardener Speaker Series: “Planning and Planting a Summer Vegetable Garden” in the Master Gardener Trial Gardens.  Master Gardeners are available in the Trial Gardens every second and fourth Saturday from 11am-1pm to answer your gardening questions.

Free day pass for volunteers with the Friends of the Gardens at lake Merritt.  Receive pass at the kiosk.  Bring gloves, your favorite garden tool and a friend.
