Garden Demonstrations for Everyone

Chef Robert Dorsey III will provide a demonstration on creating seasonal salsa from the garden’s freshest herbs.  Victory V. Lee of the People’s Victory Garden will lead a demonstration describing DIY techniques for community gardens that fit a range of budgets.  Christopher Alongi of the French Biodynamic Double Dig garden will bring in chickens and hens to demonstrate best practices for raising feathered friends in your home garden.  Check out the online schedule for a complete listing of demonstrations!
